I am a lover of anything that provides the avenue for deeper awareness and growth. I am obsessed with anything body-related and have a deep reverence for nature and being outside.
My Human Design work is my second greatest love (only surpassed by my children). One of my favorite ways to work is by bringing Human Design and Astrology down from the theoretical level to a practical, human, everyday level. I use real life examples of conflict and successes to illustrate the ways that these incredible systems can be helpful in your life. As an emotional authority, I have great depth and the ability to see challenges from many different angles.
I fell in love with Human Design in 2019. The system hit me like a lightening bolt. It was a giant permission slip from the universe to be exactly who I am.
I have been in love with anything that provides growth and transformation for my entire life. I’ve been a yoga teacher, lover of everything metaphysical, and a huge supporter and user of therapy. However, it was my discovery of Human Design that shifted me in the most profound way. It was through my discovery of Human Design that I began to understand myself deeply. To truly understand who I am. To understand how to navigate my life. To understand what it is to experience true satisfaction.
